Our subscription model is designed for simplicity. You pay a fixed monthly fee, which provides you with unlimited content design requests over that period. Submit requests through our portal, and we will deliver completed projects to you for review and sign-off. You can submit as many requests as you wish, they will be actioned one-by-one (sequentially) based on a priority that you set.
This means that if you have 5 requests in the portal, we will work on and deliver them one-by-one until all are completed. Requests roll-over to the following period if required. Meaning, if a brochure is requested on the final day of the month, the delivery will roll-over to the following month.
There are no limit to requests that you can make. Every request will be actioned sequentially based on the priority that you set. However please remember that the time taken to produce the deliverable depends on the complexity of the request. For example, if a presentation with 80 slides is requested, it will take longer to produce than a one-page flyer design. If a multi character 3-minute animated video is requested, it may take 6 weeks to complete spanning more than one subscription period.
Any change communications, training content, change management material, internal branding or communications — graphics, presentations, reports, brochures, posters, infographics, social posts or animated videos. We do not cover 3D modelling, interactive forms, intranet or website designs, complex packaging, video filming and extensive print designs (for example annual reports, magazines or books).
We have a core team based in Australia who will be assigned to handle all your organisation's requests. If there are specific style requests that are needed that are beyond our team's capabilities, we will work with our circle of design partners to help us produce it for you.
Requests can be submitted 24/7 through our online portal. Our team will work on your requests from 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday (Australian AEDT time). Simply provide creative direction, goals, required information and materials. Our team handles the rest.
Let's say you find that you don't have enough design work for us to fill up the entire month. Perhaps it's a slow month, and you only have two or three requests.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 11 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that your billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 20 days of service remaining to be used later on.
That's perfectly fine. If it is an animated video, then you can choose the one-off project package. Or you could subscribe to our monthly package and then when we've delivered on your request, you can pause the subscription. The remaining days on your subscription will be kept until you are ready to use it later when you have other content designs needs. No need to let the remainder go to waste.
Absolutely, we've designed our process so that you don't have to jump on a zoom call or meet with our team every time you have a new request. You can provide all the information on the portal and you can even review and provide feedback through the same portal, so that everything is captured and addressed on a single platform.

Yes, if that arrangement works for your needs, then that would be better. The benefits of this subscription service is that you can pause at any time, you are entitled to make unlimited requests and you can request unlimited revisions. Whereas a retainer contract usually only allows for X number of hours, or X number of requests and X number of revisions per billing period.
